Your Role
As an Entry-Level Electrician on our weekend shift, you will support our senior technicians in various residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role perfect for those who want to get their hands dirty and learn the trade from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, stripping ends, and connecting terminals.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials from company trucks and set up job sites.
- Use hand tools and power tools correctly and safely under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
- Handle inventory and assist with inventory management tasks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school background is a plus but not mandatory.
