Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Follow strict safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit, and fixture installation
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Willingness to complete company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
