Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit breaker repairs
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and NEC standards
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and technical schematics
- Install and terminate lighting fixtures, outlets, and switchgear
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotations (rotational basis)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical license within 18 months
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
