Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand and power tools for electrical tasks
- Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential/commercial electrical components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas Metroplex
- Pass background check and drug screening
