Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing safety checks
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment following OSHA standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
- Basic math and measurement skills
