Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to National Electrical Code standards
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing system diagnostics
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with senior electricians to complete projects on schedule
- Document work performed and maintain clean, organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - training provided
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
