Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Follow NEC safety protocols and local electrical codes
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and repairs
- Use hand/power tools safely (wiring, conduit, circuit breakers)
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks
- Document work progress and complete service reports
- Participate in paid safety and skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license (company-sponsored)
