Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide quotes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future system failures.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber's license in California.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, and fixture installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
