Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Use power tools and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work orders and maintain job site cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Basic understanding of electrical principles preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain electrical certification within 12 months
