Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Assist master electricians with wiring, circuits, and fixtures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Complete company-paid training modules
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain Nebraska electrical license
