Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan installations
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and equipment for safety compliance
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and repairs
- Use hand/power tools and testing equipment safely
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
- Document work completion and maintain project logs
- Participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with excellent communication skills
