Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to plan electrical layouts
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Document work performed and maintain project records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications within 6 months
