Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and connect electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Document work performed and maintain service records
- Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required (entry-level position)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
