Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults and safety inspections
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment safely
- Comply with OSHA and NFPA electrical codes
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in paid apprenticeship programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage calculations
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrical trainee license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Flexible availability for overtime/weekend shifts
