Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Install and maintain wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision
- Manage inventory and tool maintenance
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge (wrenches, drills, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pursue state electrician licensing
- Background check and drug screen required
