Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility for emergency on-call rotations
- Experience with tankless water heaters and PEX systems
