Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical components
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA and NEC standards
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Document project progress and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wire strippers, multimeters, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrical license within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Commitment to weekly work schedule (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm)
