Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code).
- Test electrical systems using multimeters and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; Entry Level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of math and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
