Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations
- Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical fixtures per blueprints
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on electrical systems
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete daily task reports and communicate progress to supervisors
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
