Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to project specifications
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for jobs
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and complete documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Valid Ohio electrical license or Journeyman certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexibility for evening/weekend emergency call-outs
