Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Use hand and power tools effectively for wiring and conduit work
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures under supervision
- Complete job site cleanup and documentation as required
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fresno County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
