- Perform equipment inspections and troubleshooting assistance
- Participate in 40-hour paid training programs for certifications
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain state certifications within 6 months
