Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and NEC standards
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting procedures
- Prepare job sites and maintain organized workspaces
- Complete documentation and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to complete 40-hour training program
- Pass background check and drug screening
