Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with wiring, installations, and repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematicsInstall and maintain lighting systems, outlets, and circuit breakersFollow NEC safety protocols and OSHA standardsPerform diagnostic troubleshooting and system testingDocument work progress and maintain clean job sitesParticipate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
