Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC) strictly
- Read blueprints and technical specifications
- Use hand/power tools for conduit bending, wire pulling, and termination
- Collaborate with licensed electricians on residential/commercial sites
- Participate in paid training sessions and skill development
- Maintain clean work areas and job site safety
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
