Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Inspect electrical components for defects or hazards
- Participate in residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the Wichita metro area
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
