Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to guide installation work.
- Perform routine safety inspections and ensure all work complies with OSHA and local codes.
- Install and secure wiring, conduits, and electrical boxes using hand and power tools.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina required: ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating loads.
- No prior experience necessary; we are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic.
