Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems per NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters and circuit testers
- Perform panel upgrades, wiring installations, and fixture replacements
- Complete accurate work orders and safety documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians on complex projects
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Electrician Trainee certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic knowledge of electrical blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
