Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read basic blueprints and technical diagramsPerform residential wiring and circuit testing
- Conduct safety inspections and follow OSHA protocols
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Document work orders and project progress
- Participate in ongoing safety training
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
