Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing plumbing issues and executing repairs
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Perform routine maintenance checks for residential and commercial properties
- Follow safety protocols and building codes strictly
- Operate plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/materials
- Complete service reports and document work performed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of accredited plumbing trade program preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain NYC plumbing license within 6 months
- Background check and drug screen required
