Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems under supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes (IPC/UPC standards)
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicle equipment
- Document service reports and inventory usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and safety certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Basic plumbing knowledge or completion of vocational training program
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumber's license within 6 months
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
