Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct preliminary inspections and diagnose basic plumbing issues
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to safety protocols
- Complete daily service reports and communicate progress to team leads
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Support emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
