Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Assist senior plumbers with pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and building codes at all job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
