Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using inspection cameras and pressure gauges
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe unclogging, and sewer line repairs
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Assist senior plumbers on commercial projects and new constructions
- Maintain clean work sites and professional customer communication
- Complete service reports and inventory management duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Indiana plumbing license within 6 months
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must pass paid aptitude test during interview process
