Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and pipe repairs under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete training modules to gain certifications in plumbing codes and practices
- Participate in emergency plumbing calls as skills develop
- Document work orders and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro
