Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Learn diagnostic techniques for common plumbing issues
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations after training
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Drug-free and willing to submit to background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing certification within 12 months
- Team player with positive attitude
