Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting assembly under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards for plumbing operations
- Prepare job sites and maintain organized tool/equipment inventory
- Document work orders and service reports accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be physically capable of standing/walking for 8+ hours daily
