Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture replacement tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of materials
- Learn local plumbing codes and regulatory requirements
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
