Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Assist senior plumbers with fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and drain cleaning
- Follow blueprints and building codes for all installations
- Perform routine maintenance checks and system diagnostics
- Ensure job sites meet safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Document work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing license within 6 months
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- No prior experience required – training provided
