Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Assist senior plumbers with complex installations and emergency repairs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
- Use power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship program
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call shifts
