Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform debris removal and job site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Maintain equipment and tool inventory
- Support concrete pouring and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable in outdoor/physical environments
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to grow into skilled trades roles
