Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing plumbing issues and installing/repairing pipes, fixtures, and systems
- Perform routine maintenance on water heaters, sump pumps, and drainage systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Use diagnostic tools to identify leaks, blockages, and system inefficiencies
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to company standards
- Document work performed and maintain service logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- Basic plumbing knowledge or completion of vocational training program
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing licenses (company-sponsored)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth Metroplex
