Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Clear drains, fix leaks, and replace fixtures (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Follow blueprints and local plumbing codes for all installations
- Operate power tools (drills, saws, pipe cutters) and diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be punctual, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
