Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Learn to identify and use various plumbing tools, including pipe wrenches, torches, and threaders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders under close supervision.
- Perform basic site preparation, including excavation and cutting of pipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Handle waste disposal and manage basic material inventory.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or licensure is required; we value attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and calculating material requirements.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a team.
