Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and diagnostic techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Maintain clean job sites and properly use/organize tools and equipment
- Complete apprenticeship modules and skill assessments as part of training program
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and tolerate heights
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required state plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
