Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and perform efficient repairs
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex installations and maintenance projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients
- Complete detailed work orders and documentation for each service call
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments (crawling spaces, heights)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn trade-specific techniques and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls
