Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and pipe replacements under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand plumbing layouts
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment appropriately
- Complete documentation and service reports accurately
- Participate in on-call emergency rotation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Washington plumbing certification within 6 months
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must pass background check and drug screening
