Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and water heater services
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and follow safety protocols
- Maintain clean job sites and organize tools/equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No plumbing experience necessary – training provided!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing certification within 6 months
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
