In this role, you will work under the mentorship of our Master Electricians to learn the fundamentals of residential and commercial wiring. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting outlets, and installing fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
- Gain hands-on experience with conduit bending and wiring techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- No prior experience required, but familiarity with construction or general labor is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
