Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and professional customer interactions
- Complete apprenticeship modules and skill assessments
- Participate in on-call emergency rotations after initial training
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screening
